Private Venue Rentals
Whole-venue rentals only — exclusive use for up to 60 guests.
Under 4 hours — $100 per hour
4 hours — $400
7 hours — $700
More than 7 hours — $1,500 flat fee
Included: tables and chairs in limited quantities, kitchen access, basic sound system, three TVs and Wi-Fi, parking and patio access.
Event hours 8 a.m.–8 p.m. • Minimum 24 hours notice • All events require approval • A tour (virtual or in person) is required • Deposit is 50% of the total; balance due seven days before the event.
